music is free (equipment, not so much)
the more i try and work on the tracks lately, the less i feel i’m making any progress.
to me that means that they’re probably as good as i’m ever going to be able to make them.
what that means to you is that as soon as i get my collabs in, i can do some final tweaking/mixdowns and then a proper release.
that being said, while i am waiting for that i will still attempt to record better than i have, and perhaps release some b-sides.
thankfully all my important stuff is on an external drive.
however reinstalling OSX/XP plus all the app’s involved (all the recording stuff, vst’s and whatnot)
might take awhile
i tend to sing this song in the shower before going to work and thought it would make for a fun cover.
also a sobering reminder than singing is not my forte
2 song’s almost mixed. just some minor tweaking needed.
so like, 7-8 to go?
gotta redo a chorus or two, and record another verse or two.
